During his tour to Pakistan, former US Special Representative for Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilzad spoke with a variety of political and non-political figures.

According to reports, Zalmay Khalilzad also met with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leadership (PTI). The rapidly shifting political scenario in Pakistan was discussed at the discussion.

It’s worth noting that Zalmay Khalilzad has long been the US Special Representative for Afghanistan. He is also said to have ties to the US establishment.
