The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has dismissed a petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders to prohibit the Federal Government from issuing Nawaz Sharif a Diplomatic Passport.
According to the circumstances, the Islamabad High Court determined that Naeem Haider’s appeal was inadmissible and fined him 5,000 rupees.
The IHC directed the petitioner to pay the fine at the registrar’s office within 15 days.
