The Islamabad High Court (IHC) heard a petition against the Prevention of Electronic Crime Act (PECA) Amendment Ordinance 2022 on Tuesday.
During the hearing, IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah stated that the law is being used against critics. Prime Minister Imran Khan’s speech revealed that he had been misinformed on the matter, he added.
