Sindh’s prohibition on student organisations has been lifted.

KARACHI: The Sindh Assembly has passed legislation allowing student organisations to return to educational institutions.

A landmark measure allowing student unions to function at educational institutions has been passed by the Sindh Assembly.

The measure was approved by the provincial assembly’s standing committee on law after debate and will be presented for approval in the next session.
